Vice-President: Selina Shrestha, Pennsylvania
Selina Shrestha, born and raised in Nepal, is a life member of NWGN and has served in the NWGN
board in the past. She is a licensed social worker with Master’s in Social Work (MSW) education from
Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is an Assistant Professor of Practice and an
Academic Coordinator in the MSW program at Marywood University. She has over twenty years of
experience as a social worker. Selina is interested in the welfare of women and children, mental health
issues, community development, research and advocacy work. She lives in Scranton, Pennsylvania with
her family.
