To promote networking, support, and self-reliance among Nepali women through education, advocacy, service, and collaboration. We aim to empower women by providing them with the tools, resources, and community they need to succeed and thrive in all aspects of life.

To create a world where Nepali women can realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. We strive to be a leading voice for Nepali women globally, advocating for their rights and well-being and fostering a community where women are supported and celebrated. NWGN envisions a future where all women have the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.
