Nepali Women’s Global Network (NWGN) is an inclusive, autonomous, independent, non-profit organization of the global network of Nepali women. NWGN comprises various country, state, and regional networks, referred to as ‘Chapters’. In the United States of America, NWGN is registered as a tax exempt organization under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.

At NWGN, our purpose is to build a movement that unites and empowers women through advocacy, collaboration, and meaningful representation in local and global communities. Rooted in a shared vision for justice and transformational change, we uplift voices, amplify achievements, and create opportunities that inspire women to lead, thrive, and create lasting impact.
Vision
To create a world where Nepali women can realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. We strive to be a leading voice for Nepali women globally, advocating for their rights and well-being and fostering a community where women are supported and celebrated. NWGN envisions a future where all women have the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.
Mission
To promote networking, support, and self-reliance among Nepali women through education, advocacy, service, and collaboration. We aim to empower women by providing them with the tools, resources, and community they need to succeed and thrive in all aspects of life. Our mission is to foster a dynamic and ambitious culture that nurtures, empowers, and celebrates the excellence of Nepali women entrepreneurs, academicians, and professionals.
